Aluminum

Our expansive aluminum facility spans over 40,000 sq ft, with a dedicated workforce of more than 100 skilled professionals. We manufacture 700 metric tonnes of Aluminium finished castings annually with an installed capacity of 1,500 metric tonnes. We do castings ranging from 100 gm / 3 oz to 50 kg / 110 lbs single piece. Equipped with cutting-edge technology, our state-of-the-art facility empowers us to orchestrate every stage of the process with precision and innovation, from initial design conceptualization to the realization of the finished product.

Steel

We specialize in producing carbon steel and alloy steel components that meet respective international standards. Our manufacturing capabilities include hot-finished steel components ranging from 2” OD to 16” OD and cold-drawn/cold-pilgered steel components from 10 mm OD to 108 mm OD, ensuring precision and durability for critical applications. We also specialize in manufacturing coils, sheets, plates and rods. We cater to various industries delivering high-performance steel solutions designed for strength, reliability, and longevity. Copper

Over the past few years, Samp Metals has emerged as a leading manufacturer of firefighting equipment in India, delivering high-quality, reliable solutions that meet the highest industry standards. Our extensive product range includes hydrant valves (landing valves), couplings, branch pipe nozzles, adaptors, hose reel drums, hose boxes, underground valves, and more, ensuring comprehensive fire protection for diverse applications.
